_*Qualifications*_
* Manitoba Arborist License/Training before July 2019? ISA preferred but not required * 2 years full time climbing experience * Must be physically fit * Ability to drive trucks and trailers. * Demonstrates knowledge of knots, rigging, climbing techniques, proper pruning and removing techniques and a commitment to safety. * Works in a professional manner, meets productivity goals and works as a team player

*Responsibilities*
* Lead and supervise the arborist crew in tree care and maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. * Train and mentor crew members in all aspects of arboriculture practices and equipment usage. * Professional & courteous communication with each client & ensuring customer satisfaction.
