Key Requirements: • College or university education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, Drafting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 1–2 years of mechanical design/drafting experience preferred. • Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, custom steel fabrication, or bulk material handling environment is an asset. • Advanced AutoCAD and Inventor skills are required. • Experience with Solid Edge is considered an asset. • Experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft AX, is preferred. • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning. • Knowledge of raw materials including sheet, plate, pipe/tube, and round bar. • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand how components are manufactured and assembled. • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team. • Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Shifts: • Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
