*Responsibilities*
* Managing Staff * Counting product inventory accurately * Deliver friendly and efficient customer service at all times. * Operate a Gateway POS or Micros POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling accurately. * Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. * Maintain cleanliness and organization in in all areas of the workplace ( front and back) * Enforce health, safety, and food-handling and sanitation guidelines consistently. * Prepare and serv food and beverages according to company standards. * Work both independently and as part of a team to meet service goals, Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. * Re-stocking and ensuring inventory is well-managed. * Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and register operations.
*Qualifications*
* Previous Management experience required. * Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekdays, weekends, days * Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. * Basic math skills for cashiering duties and retail math applications. * Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is essential. * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. * Reliable, punctual, and motived with a strong work ethic.
