DZ Driver - Up to $1600 weekly
Join SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued! We are currently seeking reliable and physically capable DZ and G Drivers to join our team. Drivers will be responsible for local deliveries of wine and alcohol to restaurants, businesses, and residential customers throughout the GTA. This is a hands-on delivery position requiring frequent manual unloading, or “hand bombing,” so candidates must be comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting. Key Responsibilities• Safely operate DZ or G licensed delivery trucks • Deliver wine and alcohol to restaurants, businesses, and residential customers • Load and unload products manually at delivery locations • Complete deliveries accurately and on time • Maintain professional and courteous customer service • Complete required delivery documentation • Follow all transportation and safety procedures • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle Qualifications• Valid DZ or G Driver's Licence • Minimum 5 years of GTA LTL driving experience • Clean driving record • Strong knowledge of the GTA; downtown Toronto experience is an asset • Ability to perform heavy lifting and repetitive manual work • Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused • Strong communication and time management skills Physical Requirements• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry heavy cases of product • Comfortable with frequent manual unloading throughout the day • Ability to bend, lift, push, pull, and climb as required • Comfortable working at restaurants, businesses, residential locations, and outdoor delivery sites Schedule• Approximately 50–55 hours per week • Start times vary between 5:30 AM and 9:00 AM daily • Flexibility required based on delivery schedules Compensation• $25.76/hour to start • $26.47/hour after 3 months
