*Job Summary* We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part Time Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the integrity of our accounting data. Proficiency with accounting software in QuickBooks online is a must. *Responsibilities*
* Maintain and update financial records using Quickbooks online. * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes * Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data * Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities * Assist with payroll * Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review * Support budgeting processes by providing relevant financial data * Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards * Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles * Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero * Strong understanding of accounting principles, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports * Knowledge of budgeting processes is a plus * Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
