We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to lead our logistics operations and ensure the seamless movement of goods within our supply chain. In this role, you will oversee warehouse distribution, manage team members, and coordinate with multiple departments to optimize processes. *Duties*
* Supervise daily warehouse activities including order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving to meet operational targets. * Manage and motivate a team of logistics staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and engagement. * Coordinate with 3PL providers and internal departments to streamline supply chain processes and improve delivery timelines. * Implement process improvements focused on efficiency, safety, and quality standards within the warehouse environment. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular safety audits, training sessions, and maintaining proper documentation. * Utilize data analysis skills to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
*Skills*
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and data analysis tools. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Proven experience supervising logistics with a focus on process improvement. * Knowledge of supply chain management principles including purchasing, e-commerce logistics, packaging, and order fulfillment. * Strong communication skills for effective team management and customer service interactions. * Familiarity with 3PL providers and warehouse distribution strategies to optimize logistics operations. * Demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.
