Nova Trophy is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our embroidery production team in Truro.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience with the embroidery process?whether running commercial embroidery machines or working in a support role alongside machine operators.
A big part of this position is *keeping our embroidery machines and operators moving efficiently*. You'll handle the important tasks before, during and after production that allow our operators to spend more time running orders and less time on setup and finishing work.
What You'll Be Doing
Responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and cutting backing/stabilizer for embroidery jobs * Trimming and tying up threads * Preparing garments for production * Unbagging, organizing and counting garments * Folding and packing completed orders * Performing quality control on finished embroidery * Checking garments against order specifications * Organizing completed work and preparing orders for the next stage of production * Supporting embroidery machine operators with setup and finishing tasks * Helping keep the embroidery area clean, organized and running efficiently * Assisting with embroidery machine operation when required and depending on experience * Helping ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule
Who We're Looking For
The right person will have *previous experience with embroidery production*, either as a machine operator or in a production/support position.

* Has excellent attention to detail * Takes pride in producing high-quality work * Is organized and able to keep track of multiple orders * Works efficiently without sacrificing quality * Is dependable and comfortable working independently * Enjoys being part of a smaller, close-knit team * Understands the importance of checking garment quantities, placement and embroidery quality * Is willing to jump in wherever needed to keep production moving

Pay: $16.75-$20.75 per hour
