*Job description*
The ideal candidate will have construction / Real Estate accounting background, be detailed oriented and have strong analytical and communication skills. Having experience using real estate accounting software is an asset.
*Duties*:
· Prepare year-end working paper files and draft financial statements for external accountants review
· Prepare corporate tax returns
· Ad hoc duties as assigned

* Work from office role * Monday to Friday * 9am-5pm
*Experience*:
* Construction / Real Estate Accounting: 2 years (preferred) * Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook * Familiarity and working knowledge with construction accounting software. Experience with REMS, Yardi Gemini, Yardi Voyager an asset. * Accounting designation is an asset but not required * Basic knowledge of preparing corporate taxes using Taxprep software
