*GRADER OPERATOR ? Earthworks Construction*
WCL is looking for an experienced Grader Operator who can cut grade, finish clean, and keep production moving. If you take pride in precision work and know your way around a blade, we want you on our crew.
*WHAT YOU NEED*
* 3?5+ years experience operating a grader in heavy civil construction * Strong skills in fine grading, road building, and final trim work * Experience with CAT, John Deere, or similar graders * Able to complete daily machine inspections and basic maintenance * Excellent grade control and ability to read plans, stakes, and elevations * Experience with GPS and machine control systems * Safety-focused with strong job site awareness * Willing to work long hours in all weather conditions * Team player with clear on-site communication * Able to adapt and problem-solve when conditions change
*REQUIRED TICKETS*
* Valid Class 5 Driver?s License * WHMIS & CSTS 2020 (or willing to obtain)
*SCHEDULE*
* 7:00 AM ? 6:00 PM (30-minute lunch) * 12 days on / 2 days off (every second weekend off) * Weather dependent work
