Richmond Lavenderland off season operates 5 days a week, 10 am ? 5pm.

Job Responsibilities
* Serves customers by helping them select products. * Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. Provides outstanding customer service. * Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner and responds to customers? questions. * Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters. * Manages financial transactions. Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records. * Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards. * Alerts management of potential security issues. * Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise. * Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest. * Cooperate with management and finish all assigned daily work as required.
Qualifications/ Skills
* Great at listening, friendly and enthusiastic * Accountable and reliable * Self- driven * Excellent customer service, * Having additional spoken language is an asset, especially Mandarin and Cantonese * Meeting sales goals, and selling to customer needs * Conversational English level * High school diploma or GED * 0-1 years of retail experience desired
Compensation
Rate:18.25/hour base+commission+tips.
