DESCRIPTION:
* Answer phone calls & emails in a professional & timely manner * Work in a team environment providing support to fellow co-workers * Must be proficient in full cycle bookkeeping, including payroll * Provide coverage for reception, answers incoming calls with a professional manner * Participate in yearly inventory count. * Preform other tasks as requested by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Completion 4th year Accounting Program (CGA/CPA) * College or university degree is an asset * 5 years of bookkeeping experience * Ability to adapt and learn new accounting software * Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task data-entry * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office * Ability to adapt to different types of personalities * Possess a strong work ethic and high standards of integrity * Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic, work as part of a team & independently
