*Duties*
* Supervise daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. * Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service. * Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment. * Organize staff schedules to optimize productivity while ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours. * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner. * Collaborate with management to develop promotional strategies that drive sales. * Maintain a clean, organized store environment that enhances the shopping experience.
*Requirements*
* Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. * Ability to sell products effectively while providing excellent customer service. * Familiarity with store management practices and procedures. * Proficiency in interviewing techniques for hiring new staff members. * A positive attitude and strong leadership qualities to inspire team performance.
