MEIRAKO is looking for a *friendly, hands-on Assistant Manager* to join our team at our *YEG location*. This role is perfect for someone who?s passionate about creativity, customer care, and building connection through jewelry-making workshops.

\* What You?ll Be Doing:
* Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and team coordination * Hosting our jewelry making workshops * Creating a welcoming, warm in-store experience for guests * Helping with inventory, workshop materials, and visual merchandising * Organizing bookings, schedules, and maintaining store cleanliness * Training and supporting new staff in customer service and workshop flow * Jumping in wherever needed with a positive and helpful attitude
\* Who You Are:
* Friendly and naturally great with people * Organized and proactive ? you love checklists and keeping things running smoothly * Confident leading small group experiences or creative workshops * Enjoy working in a small team and hands-on retail setting * Flexible with scheduling (weekends and holidays may be required) * Experience in jewelry is not required if you're quick to learn!

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
