*Responsibilities and Requirements*
* *Licensing & Certification:* Valid Cosmetology / Hairstyling Certification/License recognized in British Columbia. * *Professional Experience:* 3 to 5+ years of proven experience working as a hairstylist in a fast-paced or high-end salon setting. * *Advanced Colorimetry Skills:* Full mastery of modern coloring techniques (Balayage, Babylights, complex color corrections, and custom toning). * *Cutting & Styling Expertise:* Proficiency in a wide range of women?s cuts (classic and current trends), along with blowouts, styling, and long-lasting finishing techniques. * *Hair Treatments:* Hands-on experience performing hair diagnostics, deep conditioning, restorative treatments, and smoothing/aligning procedures. * *Client Consultation:* Strong ability to conduct thorough client consultations, manage expectations, and effectively recommend professional home-care products. * *Language & Communication:* Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills for professional client and team interaction. * *Time Management:* Strong organizational skills to manage appointments efficiently while keeping the workspace clean and sanitized. * *Professional Mindset:* Team player with a strong work ethic, reliability, and a customer-first approach.
