We are a 30+ year old national janitorial company with an outstanding reputation, seeking a Client Liaison Manager to further expand our business in the Lower Mainland area.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Conduct day-to-day outside sales via face-to-face interactions with potential clients. * Developing new business leads via in-person and cold calling. * Follow up on leads and identify potential prospects. * Maintain proper internal/external documentation and communications throughout the sales process. * Offer professional, effective and efficient solutions for customer inquiries and concerns. * Provide guidance on price competitiveness.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
* Experience in outside sales required. * Experience in the service industry is helpful, but not a must. * Good written and spoken English * A self-starter and work efficiently. * Must be able to develop your own leads * Reliable Transportation * Please note this is not a work from home position. Our office hours are 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
