As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and expert knowledge about our cannabis products. You will assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs while ensuring compliance with all regulations. *Responsibilities*
* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Provide detailed information about various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, and concentrates. * Help customers make informed decisions based on their preferences and needs. * Process transactions accurately using (POS) point-of-sale systems while maintaining cash handling procedures. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and display areas. * Ensure compliance with regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products. * Engage with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
*Experience* Ideal candidates will possess:
* Previous experience in retail sales, hospitality, and cannabis retail, demonstrating strong customer service skills. * Proficiency in time management to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods. * Ability to communicate effectively with customers. * Familiarity with cashiering duties and point-of-sale systems is preferred. * A genuine interest in cannabis products and an eagerness to learn more about the industry.
