We are proud of what we have achieved in growing Asian food categories in Canada where we have a presence nationally, as well in Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Japan and the UK.
To keep up with the demand and our expanding business we are looking for a new Marketing Assistant to join our team!
The responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant include but not limited to the following:
* Assist sales & marketing team with preparing product brief, sales presentation slides and adapt the slides to suit customers? needs. * Evaluates Sobeys & London Drugs monthly debit memo, enters charge code, scan and entry the claimable invoice into internal system for tracking purpose. * Mainly in charge of Sobeys Portal and London Drugs AdGrid such as new listing, item maintenance and promotional contract tracking the display. * Developing brochures, posters, packaging, and other print materials for events and demonstration, ensuring visual consistency across all marketing materials. * Analyze sales data, prepare responsible brands distribution report and present findings to alert sales team improve brand performance. * Organize new products taste testing create testing form and gather feedbacks and insight from sales team and office for product adjustment. * Responsible for managing demo budget according to allocation for assigned brands and NPD launching. * Main responsible for demo function including planning other brands keepers for allocation of demo session, prepare demo schedule with sales and ensure in-store stocks are sufficient for sampling. * Arrange sample request, build shippers and display according to brands? requirement. * Work with sales team to distribute shippers, premiums and POSM to retail stores and collect in-store display images. * Working closely with other members of the marketing team, as well as potentially collaborating with sales, to arrange marketing activities such as demonstration, in-store display and event, etc. * Review and process POSM and demo payment invoice upon approval by supervisor. * Collect & sales products footage from sales reps for report purpose. * NPD research and prepare assigned new product presentation. * Monthly market visits to monitor brand performance, market research, PI checks and display & promotion. * Reception duties / relief
*Required background & Experience:*
* Fluent in English and Mandarin * Good to have Cantonese * Experience Entry or Intermediate (1-2 years experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$45,864.00 per year
