*Responsibilities*
* Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to foster positive shopping experiences * Must have experience with British Foods & Grocery * Assist customers in selecting British Foods that meet their needs. * Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently * Maintain organized merchandising displays, ensuring products are well-stocked, attractive, and compliant with store standards, as well as be able to lift boxes when necessary. * Will need to acquire Smart Serve & Food Handling Certificate * Manage time effectively to handle multiple customer inquiries while maintaining a high level of service * Communicate clearly with customers in English * Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products and store services with courtesy and professionalism
*Experience*
* Prior retail sales experience is preferred but not required with knowledge of British Foods essential. * Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, are essential for engaging with customers * Experience with merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and basic math ensures smooth daily operations * Fluent in English Language to communicate with customers. * Proven organizational skills and time management help maintain an efficient store environment * Customer service experience that emphasizes patience, and positive interactions will set you up for success

Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour
