About this role
The Food Service Attendant will perform the following duties in a fast-paced, customer-focused restaurant and lounge environment:
* Greet customers promptly and courteously * Take food and beverage orders accurately in person and through POS systems * Serve food and beverages according to service standards and liquor regulations * Clear, clean, and reset tables, bar areas, and service stations * Package take-out and delivery orders accurately and efficiently * Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and washrooms * Restock supplies including condiments, utensils, and beverages * Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures * Handle cash and electronic payments and balance transactions as required * Support servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff during peak service periods * Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner * Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Employment Requirements
* Education: No formal education required * Experience: * Previous food service or customer service experience is an asset * On-the-job training will be provided * Language: * Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and basic written) * Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand for extended periods * Ability to lift up to 20 kg (e.g., trays, supply boxes)
