*Job Summary*
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Drywall Installer and Finisher to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing drywall panels, finishing surfaces to a smooth, professional standard, and preparing walls for painting or other finishes. Your expertise will help create beautiful, durable interiors that meet project specifications and quality standards. *Duties*
* Measure, cut, assemble, and install drywall panels according to project plans and specifications * Finish drywall surfaces by taping, mudding, sanding, and applying texture to ensure a seamless appearance * Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute installation tasks * Apply caulking around joints and fixtures to ensure airtight and moisture-resistant finishes * Use hand tools and power tools efficiently for cutting, fastening, and finishing drywall materials * Perform minor carpentry tasks as needed to prepare framing or repair surfaces before drywall installation * Maintain a clean work environment by organizing materials and disposing of debris regularly
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in drywall installation and finishing within the construction industry * Knowledge of construction painting, carpentry, caulking, and general handyman skills is highly desirable * Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately * Strong understanding of drywall materials, tools, and finishing techniques * Physical stamina to stand, lift heavy materials, kneel, and work at heights as required * Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship * Prior construction experience with emphasis on drywall or related trades preferred

Pay: $38.50 per hour
