*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant / Room Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all laundry services are performed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and organization within our facility, contributing to a positive experience for our guests or clients.
*Duties*
* Operate washing machines and dryers according to established procedures. * Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store linens, towels, and other laundry items. * Inspect items for stains or damage and take appropriate action. * Maintain cleanliness of laundry equipment and work areas. * Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management. * Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies. * Clean Guest rooms/ Public areas * Assist in inventory management of laundry supplies. * Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests or staff.
*Skills*
* Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality laundry service. * Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and effectively. * Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Basic understanding of fabric care and stain removal techniques is a plus. * Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients. * Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
