*Experience:*
* 3?5+ years of hands-on roofing experience * Proven work with residential and/or commercial roofing systems * Experience with multiple materials: * Asphalt shingles * Metal roofing * Flat roofs (EPDM, TPO, torch-on, etc.) * Ability to complete jobs with minimal supervision
*Skills & Technical Knowledge*
* Roof installation, repair, and replacement * Flashing, ventilation, and waterproofing systems * Leak detection and troubleshooting * Ability to read blueprints and roofing specs * Skilled in using roofing tools and equipment safely * Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards
*Physical Requirements*
* Lift 50?100 lbs. regularly * Work at heights and on steep slopes * Stand, bend, and kneel for long periods * Comfortable working in various weather conditions
*Safety Requirements*
* Knowledge of fall protection systems * Experience using: Harnesses, Guardrails, Ladders and scaffolding * Familiarity with workplace safety standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
