From our roots as a family business, Nella has grown into a leading and vibrant organization within the food and restaurant industries. We're looking for an experienced, reliable driver to safely deliver and place commercial appliances for our customers across Greater Vancouver.
*Job Summary*
* Reports to the Branch Manager * Responsible for the safe transportation, handling, and placement of commercial appliances at customer locations * Requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong focus on customer service
*Key Responsibilities*
* Load and unload appliances from delivery vehicles * Safely move appliances while protecting floors, walls, and doorways * Help with basic appliance installation tasks as directed (e.g., positioning units, removing packaging) * Ensure appliances are secured properly during transport * Communicate professionally with customers and represent the company in a positive manner * Complete delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures when required * Follow all safety procedures and company policies * Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle and work area
*Qualifications & Requirements*
* "G" Class License and clean driving abstract *Documentation Required* * 2+ years' experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role *Required* * Comfortable and familiar driving routes within the Greater Vancouver Area * Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-service orientation *Required* * Reliable with a strong work ethic *Required* * Strong verbal and written communication skills *Required* * Able to work independently and as part of a team *Required* * Flexible availability, 7:00 AM ? 4:00 PM or as business needs demand *Required*
