About this role
Responsibilities: - Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments - Take and develop dental x-rays - Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures - Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care - Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories - Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar - Perform dental receptionist duties as needed
Requirements: - Dental assisting certification or relevant experience - Proficiency in medical terminology and dental procedures - Knowledge of CAD software for digital impressions - Experience with Dentrix or other dental practice management software - Familiarity with orthodontics and pediatric dentistry - Ability to take accurate dental x-rays - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
