*Responsibilities*
* Assist licensed physiotherapists in implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs * Support patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility activities, and daily functional tasks * Prepare treatment areas and ensure all equipment is sanitized and ready for use * Monitor patient progress during therapy sessions and report observations to supervising physiotherapists * Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, progress notes, and treatment records * Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to support ongoing recovery at home * Follow hospital protocols and medical terminology standards to ensure safe and effective care delivery
*Qualifications*
* Prior hospital experience or exposure to acute care environments is highly desirable * Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practices * Proven ability to provide attentive patient care with compassion and professionalism * Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and patients * Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail * A genuine interest in helping others recover and improve their quality of life
