About this role
We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Project Manager to join the Mawg team. In this role, you will oversee creative and strategic projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, are delivered on time, and align with Mawg's goals. You'll collaborate with designers, developers, and internal and external teams to deliver high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.
As a Project Manager, you'll manage the full project lifecycle, balancing resources, timelines, and budgets while maintaining creative integrity. Your ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively will be key to Mawg?s continued success.
*Scope*
In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee a broad range of creative projects, including branding, digital experiences, marketing campaigns, retail executions and more. Your responsibilities will include:
* *Project Planning & Execution:* Leading projects from the discovery phase to execution and final delivery, ensuring they are aligned with client expectations and creative standards. * *Client & Stakeholder Communication:* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. * *Team Coordination:* Collaborating with designers, developers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure that resources are efficiently allocated and tasks are completed on time. (internal/external, local/overseas) * *Budget & Timeline Management:* Managing project budgets and timelines, tracking progress, adjusting resources as necessary, and ensuring that projects stay on track and within scope. * *Quality Control:* Overseeing the design, development and production processes to ensure that deliverables meet Mawg?s high-quality standards. Applies to both local and overseas. * *Risk & Change Management:* Identifying potential risks and obstacles early on, managing scope changes, and adapting to evolving client needs while minimizing disruption to project flow.
