*Duties*
* Prepare and serve breakfast items with efficiency and care, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. * Set up breakfast buffet stations, replenish food and beverages, and maintain cleanliness throughout service. * Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu options, and assist with special dietary requests when needed. * Manage food handling responsibilities safely, adhering to food safety regulations and hygiene standards. * Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and equipment through regular cleaning routines. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service delivery.
*Requirements*
* Previous food service experience in restaurants, hotels, or catering environments is highly preferred. * Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities to engage guests positively. * Experience in food preparation and serving is advantageous. * Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. * Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Hospitality or hotel experience is a plus, demonstrating adaptability and guest-focused service mindset.
