*Duties*
* Conduct regular safety inspections of construction sites to identify hazards and enforce safety standards * Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific safety plans in collaboration with project management * Ensure all workers are trained on safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) * Investigate incidents and accidents thoroughly, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions * Coordinate with construction management software tools to track safety compliance and report progress * Facilitate safety meetings and toolbox talks to reinforce best practices and address concerns * Maintain comprehensive safety records, incident reports, and compliance documentation
*Skills*
* Proven experience in construction safety management or related roles within the construction industry * Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to construction sites (e.g., OSHA standards) * Familiarity with construction management software for tracking safety metrics and documentation * Excellent communication skills to effectively train teams and report findings clearly * Ability to identify hazards quickly and implement effective mitigation strategies * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records * Energetic mindset with a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous safety improvement
Pay: $30.00-$44.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 ? 80.0 per week
