*Duties*
* Prepare and serve a variety of hot and iced beverages, including coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision. * Prepare cold sandwiches and serve pastries. * Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately * Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with integrity and accuracy * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces * Ensure food safety standards are met by adhering to proper food handling procedures * Assist customers with menu selections and answer questions about ingredients or dietary needs * Provide friendly service. * Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards
*Qualifications*
* Previous barista experience and knowledge of preparing cold and hot beverages is required * Latte art skills is required * Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms * Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities * Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, making change, and order accuracy * Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques * Proven time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Experience in serving, food preparation, or cashiering roles is a plus
