Associate Director, Security Services and Facilities Management @ Federal Economic Development Agency for Northern Ontario

This position provides leadership and oversight for the organization's security, facilities, accommodations, occupational health and safety, business continuity, and asset management functions. The incumbent is responsible for personnel and physical security programs, threat and risk assessments, emergency preparedness, and business continuity planning. The role also oversees the management of office accommodations and property services, leads significant relocation and facilities projects, and provides strategic advice to senior management on security, operational risk, compliance to a variety of governmental policies, fleet management while managing financial, human, and material resources.
