Description: The Enterprise Talent Management Office (ETM) is seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Data Scientist (Research, Test, and Development) to serve as our premier data analyst expert. In this vital role, you will be the analytical engine behind our human capital strategies, helping us acquire, develop, and optimize our Guardian talent. Your daily work will involve initiating major organizational studies, designing predictive mathematical models, and evaluating complex policy proposals to ensure our force is structurally optimized and mission-ready. As our subject matter expert, you will bridge the gap between complex datasets and strategic action. You will lead study teams, design advanced data models, and brief senior Space Force leadership on critical human capital initiatives.
