QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Knowledge of general inventory procedures and discrepancy reporting. Utilizing computer programs and communicating with internal personnel. Managing customer expectations and answering logistical questions about material being received in the warehouse. Major DutiesYou will perform daily physical inventory operations which include planning, coordinating, and evaluating actions required to support specified schedules and missions.You will conduct location surveys by reviewing material in locations and comparing data to ERP stock item data, ensuring location validity.You will maintain inventory control records and develop methods for achieving quality standards.You will analyze data for trends and areas that have repeat discrepancies and make recommendations for corrective action to prevent reoccurrence.You will perform periodic quality control studies of all logistical supply functions to determine the efficiency and accuracy of operations.
