QualificationsResumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Three (3) months of laboring experience required. 2. The ability to use, control. and clean tools and power equipment used. 3. The ability to follow oral and/or written instructions involving duties with several distinct tasks or steps without constant supervisor of each task assigned. Major DutiesPerforms ground maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment.Controls weeds and maintains landscaping areas.Trims and prunes shrubs, bushes, and trees as needed to maintain appearance.Operates basic grounds-keeping equipment and tools.Performs other duties as assigned.
