Job SummaryYou will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Naval Weapons Branch of the Weapon System Fleet Engineering Division of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14.
QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: coordinating and managing technical projects by drafting Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), developing and overseeing personnel task books, and executing project plans to manage schedules, resources, and deliverables. Major DutiesYou will serve as the United States Marine Corps Infantry Weapons and Foreign Military Sales Task Manager for Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division.You will be responsible for directing the lifecycle of kinetic infantry weapon systems and international procurement cases.You will manage end-to-end Foreign Military Sales processes while executing precise financial tracking and budget reconciliation.You will ensure seamless tactical coordination and the strategic delivery of allied security cooperation goals.
