Corporate ▾ Track 2 reintegration If an employee is unable to work for a long period of time and there is no suitable work available within your organization, you can initiate a 2nd line labour reintegration. Track 2 for illness focuses on finding a sustainable, suitable position with a new employer. It is a responsible and time-consuming task that requires specialized track 2 guidance. When to deploy Track 2? You typically deploy Track 2 when it becomes clear after nine to 12 months of absenteeism that returning to your own or modified work (Track 1) is not feasible.
