About this role
As a production employee, you work in a team to produce and fill products. You rotate weekly between the morning shift (06:00 – 14:30) and the afternoon/evening shift (14:30 – 23:00). Each day you help prepare materials, set up equipment, and ensure products are packed correctly. - Collect and prepare raw materials - Weigh and mix chemicals - Filter products and take samples - Fill and package products - Set up and operate production equipment - Prepare batch documentation and labels - Keep the workspace clean and safe - Motivated and eager to learn - Work accurately and follow safety instructions - Reliable and independent, but also a team player - Good command of the English language - Experience in production, logistics, or technology is an advantage
