International Export Manager Romed Holland Wilnis/Mijdrecht Utrecht Zorg & Welzijn Romed Holland is looking for an experienced and energetic Export Manager to further develop our international business. For 40 years, we have supplied a broad portfolio of medical disposables and healthcare products to distributors, wholesalers, hospitals and healthcare organisations across Europe and beyond. We are looking for someone who can help us open new markets and turn opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships. YOUR ROLE You will develop existing and, particularly, new international markets. You are comfortableapproaching new companies, getting on a plane to meet distributors face-to-face and building business over time. - Identify and approach new distributors, importers and wholesalers in Europe and international markets. - Research countries and translate market potential into a practical international sales and business development plan. - Visit potential and existing customers abroad and develop sustainable commercial relationships. - Follow up leads and quotations proactively; negotiate prices, distribution agreements and commercial conditions. - Represent Romed at international medical exhibitions and trade fairs and actively generate new contacts. - Develop existing customers by introducing additional products from the Romed portfolio. - Work closely with our on-site sales team and report on pipeline, new distributors, market development and results. WORKING AT ROMED This is primarily an on-site position in the Mijdrecht/Wilnis area. You will work in a small, international and practical organisation with short communication lines. Your workplace will also regularly be international: at a distributor's office, visiting a potential customer or representing Romed at a trade fair.
