You & your role As Lead Security Professional, you know the secrets of turning complex security requirements into practical actions. You lead the tribe wide security community, drive alignment on priorities and ways of working, and ensure that security topics are addressed consistently across the tribe. You create a clear view of the security posture, align priorities and support informed decisions. Without formal line-management responsibility, you challenge, advise and connect teams, senior leaders and central security stakeholders. Examples from practice - Translate central security policies, standards and controls into clear, actionable plans for technology teams. - Monitor security risks, findings, exceptions and remediation activities, and escalate critical or recurring issues. - Facilitate tribe-wide security forums and support coaching, peer reviews and knowledge sharing.
