About this role
As a technical operator, you are responsible for operating, setting up, and changing over modern production machines every day. You closely monitor the production process and take immediate action if you notice any deviations. You work together with colleagues from production, warehouse, and technical service. - Operate, set up, and change over production machines - Monitor the quality of the production process - Solve technical malfunctions - Perform preventive maintenance - Prepare and process raw materials - Work on improvements on the shop floor - Accurately keep production documentation - mbo working and thinking level, preferably in a technical direction - Technical insight and interest in machines - Experience in a production environment is an advantage - Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule (06:00–14:30 and 14:30–23:00) - Good command of the English language, Dutch is a plus - Accurate and responsible work attitude - Certificates such as VCA or forklift are an advantage, you can also obtain these via WerkTalent
