What you'll do As the Quality Officer Lead, you will be responsible for owning and continuously improving the facility's Quality Control (QC) program. Acting as the Quality Assurance lead for QC systems, you will ensure that sampling, testing, environmental monitoring, verification activities, and laboratory programs are effective, risk-based, and compliant with regulatory and certification requirements. Working closely with Operations, Production, Supply Chain, QC personnel, and external laboratory partners, you will identify quality risks, analyze data trends, support investigations and corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will also play a key role in supporting audits, maintaining documentation, strengthening feed safety programs, and serving as the site subject matter expert for quality control and program management.
