Direct solliciteren Neem contact op Automatisch verbeterd voor betere leesbaarheid Role purpose: Drive financial performance and decision-making by delivering accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and strong business partnering across the organization. - Prepare and consolidate monthly/quarterly management reporting, including variance analysis and KPI tracking. - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; monitor performance against targets. - Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and investments. - Partner with business leaders to improve profitability, cost control, and operational efficiency. - Support closing activities, ensuring data accuracy, timely submissions, and compliance with internal controls. - Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics; communicate insights to stakeholders. - Contribute to process improvements and automation within finance planning and analysis (FP&A). Required skills and qualifications - Financial expertise: management accounting, P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. - Analytical skills: advanced Excel and financial modeling; ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Systems: experience with ERP and BI/reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau) is preferred. - Business partnering: strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. - Accuracy and control: attention to detail, governance mindset, and ability to work to deadlines.
