Key responsibilities - Develop and execute urban growth strategies, plans, and roadmaps aligned with municipal and regional priorities. - Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver growth, housing, mobility, and public-space initiatives. - Manage project portfolios, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies; ensure measurable outcomes and reporting. - Engage stakeholders (government, developers, communities, utilities) to build consensus and resolve conflicts. - Use data and insights to assess capacity, infrastructure needs, and long-term impacts of growth scenarios. - Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and sustainability standards. - Prepare presentations, decision memos, and updates for leadership and public forums.
