Utrecht, NL Brand Manager Bolton Netherlands is looking for a Brand Manager for Rio Mare & Dubro. In this role, you will be responsible for the marketing and trade activities that further develop and grow these iconic brands in the Dutch market. How will you make a difference? You have a strong analytical mindset that you combine with creativity, enthusiasm and a healthy dose of entrepreneurial spirit. What does your agenda look like? - Developing and implementing the brand plan. - Working closely with and aligning plans with the Italian Category Team. - Keeping a close eye on and understanding developments within your categories: what is happening in the market, among consumers and with competitors. - Coordinating TV copy adaptations, product artwork, point-of-sale materials and other marketing assets. - Setting up and executing customer promotions and consumer activations. - Analysing and presenting Sell-In and Nielsen Sell-Out data, and translating market and brand developments into concrete actions. Your team You will be part of the Marketing Team at Bolton Netherlands and report to the Marketing Manager. You will work closely with your Sales colleagues as well as with the headquarters in Milan. What do you bring? - A completed university of applied sciences or university degree, for example in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, or a comparable qualification. - Approximately four to five years of relevant experience in Brand Management, preferably within FMCG. - Entrepreneurship and creativity: you spot opportunities and know how to turn ideas into concrete actions. - Strong numerical insight and an eye for detail and accuracy. - A hands-on mentality: you think in solutions, take ownership of tasks and enjoy working collaboratively. - A good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written. - Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and experience with Nielsen or IRI.
