As Operations Manager, you are ultimately responsible for a significant part of the transport and distribution activities within the Benelux, with a fleet of 175 trucks, over 200 trailers, and 295 employees. You are part of the local management team as well as the broader management team of Vos Logistics. In this role, you operate at the intersection of strategy, tactics, and operations, translating long-term goals into concrete improvements in the business. You drive performance, optimize processes, and achieve higher service levels and cost efficiency, with an eye on both customer experience and results. You play a key role in the further digitalization of the organization and actively work towards a data-driven approach, where the deployment of new technologies such as AI also plays an important role. At the same time, you take the lead in sustainability by focusing on more efficient transport and reducing the ecological footprint.
