Warehouse Desk Officer Are you good at planning, communication and keeping an overview? Do you enjoy working in an international environment where you need to switch quickly between different tasks? Then we are looking for you! What will you do? As a Warehouse Desk Officer, you are the link between the warehouse, drivers and various departments. You make sure that the daily planning, communication and administration run smoothly. - Receive and assist drivers; - Check and process documents and data; - Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods; - Process orders and handle administrative tasks; - Maintain contact with the warehouse and other departments; - Identify and resolve issues; - Monitor the daily planning and progress. - MBO - English Who are you? - You have at least 2 years of experience in a logistics administrative role; - You speak and write English well; Polish is a plus; - You have strong communication and organizational skills; - You work accurately and keep an overview, even during busy periods; - You are proactive, practical and able to switch quickly between tasks; - You enjoy working with different colleagues and departments.
