Core responsibilities - Coordinate the planning & control cycle, including annual budget, periodic forecasts, and multi-year planning. - Deliver timely management reports, dashboards, and variance analyses with clear insights and recommendations. - Advise management on financial performance, risks, opportunities, and scenario impacts. - Improve KPI frameworks and translate strategy into measurable targets and reporting structures. - Support month-end processes, internal controls, and compliance with financial policies. - Collaborate with Finance, business units, and stakeholders to align assumptions, data quality, and reporting needs. - Contribute to process optimization and automation of reporting and planning tools. Required skills and experience - Experience in planning & control , business controlling, or financial analysis. - Strong analytical skills and ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. - Proficiency with Excel and reporting/BI tools; experience with ERP and planning systems is preferred. - Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, KPI management, and variance analysis. - Stakeholder management, advisory mindset, and clear written and verbal communication. - Accurate, proactive, and able to work independently in a deadline-driven...
