Operations Support Assistant Then you could be just who we're looking for to join our operations team. We are PEQ - Perfect & Quick Packaging . We work alongside growers, taking care of the sales, packaging and logistics of fresh fruit and vegetables . This ensures their produce reaches our customers quickly and in perfect condition. We're flexible, reliable and down-to-earth in the way we work. PEQ is part of the Reputation Group , a group of companies operating within the fresh produce sector. As an Operations Support Assistant , you make sure the right product information is accurate and available to production on time . You create and check labels , process product information in our systems and keep the label databases up to date . A label may seem like just a sticker, but it plays an important role in making sure a product is traceable, meets all relevant requirements and reaches the customer with the correct information. You also keep an eye on stock levels and make sure everything is ready for the production lines on time. It's a role where accuracy, organisation and thinking ahead all come together. What you'll be doing: - Creating, checking and printing labels. - Processing product and order information in our systems. - Keeping label files and databases up to date . - Checking that labels meet legal requirements and customer specifications. - Managing stock levels and making sure materials are replenished on time. - Carrying out a range of general administrative tasks . What we're looking for: You check your own work carefully , as one incorrect label can have an immediate impact on production and traceability. You don't need previous experience in an operations support role, but we do expect you to pick up computer systems quickly and take initiative . - You're confident using computers and learning new systems. - You can communicate in Dutch and/or English . - Speaking Polish is an advantage .
