Sales Administration Assistant About this job . AquaFleur Will you be our new Sales Administration Assistant? Are you organised, accurate and energised by a varied role where customer orders, export documents, planning and transport all come together? At AquaFleur, you help make sure our aquarium plants reach customers across Europe in top condition. This is a part-time position of approximately 23 hours per week in Maasland. You will become part of a committed team within a growing international company. Your role as Sales Administration Assistant? You are the Sales Administration Assistant who keeps an overview of the entire process. You prepare internal nursery orders, support staff planning, process customer orders and export documents, and keep stocks of various transport containers at the right level. You also share responsibility for orders of live food and imported plants, arrange inspections for plant imports and exports, and organise transport. You monitor quality and follow up carefully on any issues. No two days are the same: you switch easily between different tasks and, when needed, help out in the packing department and/or nursery. A specific horticultural background is not essential; a practical mindset, responsibility and team spirit are. You recognise yourself in this profile: - You have a strong sense of quality and want our aquarium plants to reach customers in the best possible condition. - You are available 3 days per week from 06:30 until no later than 16:00 and are willing to work 2 Saturday mornings per month. - Specific horticultural knowledge is not required; you are practical and bring a healthy dose of common sense. - You have a good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written. - You have knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. - You work independently, stay calm under pressure and keep an overview when several things need your attention at once.
