What you'll be doing As a groundworker, you'll support daily practical tasks on and around our various projects. Your main activities involve manual digging, assisting with earthworks, and working at diverse locations. You'll regularly operate in and around crawl spaces and assist experienced colleagues wherever needed. Keeping the workspace tidy is also part of your job. You don't need to be a seasoned professional-motivation and commitment are what matter most to us. Physical work doesn't scare you, and you don't mind working outdoors, even in bad weather.
