The content and depth will remain the same, but we are reducing the program to one year. This will create a compact and intensive journey in which teams can work intentionally on their own practice throughout the year. We will meet four times at the Stadsklooster: in January, April, June, and October 2027. From Friday evening through Saturday, we will spend time together. We will train, work on the practical aspects of our own community, eat together, and intentionally make time for fellowship and worship. Overnight accommodation is included. For team leaders, each training session will already begin on Friday afternoon with a shared lunch and an additional program. The Team Training follows four movements that are central to ICP in church planting and community building: Going on mission - making disciples - training leaders - multiplying the community. We do not want to simply transfer knowledge. Throughout the year, teams will have the opportunity to work on their own context and take concrete next steps. In this way, within one year you will be equipped to intentionally continue building an intercultural community.
